yeah so, the New York band Yeasayer won the festival by blowing the PA and sticking with playing. That's pretty hardcore, I'll tell you. Not being able to hear yourself or your band buddies. And sticking with the playing. Damn. The crowd went nuts ...and I was in the middle of it all. All sunshine rave and strangers' smiles. Thank you.
oh, that young rooster on wheat kernels, stirred cheese and nuts + grilled cabbage also kind of won. My belly, that is.
